Cell2D's license has been changed Empty Cell2D's license has been changed

Cell2D's license has been changed from the GNU General Public License 3.0 to the BSD License 2.0, since the latter is easier to manage and Cell2D wasn't using the GNU GPL correctly to begin with. The LICENSE files in the downloads for all versions of Cell2D have been changed accordingly.
